1. Dedicated Team Model/FTE (Full Time Employee)
Opt for a dedicated team or individual accountant exclusively assigned to handle your assignments. This allows you to directly oversee Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) commitments, ensuring efficient work delivery. Establish a direct line of communication with your dedicated staff members, facilitating seamless interaction through conferences for real-time updates and collaboration.
- Customers have the option to hire a dedicated full-time remote employee.
- The staff functions as an exclusive workforce for the customer and is self-managed by the customer.
- Customers have the opportunity to conduct interviews before a suitable staff member is assigned to them.
- The staff undergoes comprehensive training and typically holds commerce degrees.
- Both qualified and semi-qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) and ACCAs are available for selection.
- Staff members are provided with a desktop, phone, and all necessary office supplies to facilitate their work for the customer.
- Working hours are from 11:00 am to 08:00 pm IST, Monday to Friday.
- Staff members are entitled to 22 + 3 days of leave, mirroring the UK standard.
- Sick days are also accommodated.
- Except in emergencies, staff members are required to provide advance notice for holidays.
- The agreement is valid for a minimum of 6 months.
- Customers have the flexibility to request a change of staff if they are dissatisfied with performance.
2. Hourly / Pay as you go Model
You have the flexibility to utilize outsourcing services on a per-need basis, with no obligation regarding the number of hours or volume of work. Invoicing occurs at the end of each month, and you have direct communication with a designated staff member. Billing is done at the end of the month.
- Customers can opt for a service where they are billed based on the hours utilized instead of hiring a full-time employee.
- There is no requirement for a commitment of a specific duration, such as 6 months.
- Charges are based on two competencies: bookkeeping and accounting.
- Bookkeeping hours encompass tasks like bookkeeping and confirmation statements..
- All other job types fall under the category of accounting hours.
- Customers receive timesheets detailing the number of hours consumed by each client.
